This product is a high-precision grinding wheel specifically designed for GaN/Al2O3, which achieves sufficient supply of grinding fluid by dripping it from within the grinding wheel to the workpiece. By supplying the grinding fluid from within the grinding wheel, we have enhanced the efficiency of the grinding speed and the prevention of clogging, which has been a challenge in the past.
